Welcome and congratulations for taking the next step towards achieving your dreams. As a Coach, I enjoy being part of my clients' journey of self discovery. I help guide clients towards self sufficiency by exploring alternate career options in a safe environment. Mark joined The Entrepreneur's Source because of his desire to help people achieve their career dreams and because of the training and support he knew he could receive from this organization. He is a graduate of the E-Source Academy, an intense and rigorous training on coaching, franchising, and self-employment options. He attends more than five hours of weekly training to hone his coaching skills so that he can better serve his Clients.

Mark has over 15 years experience in management, entrepreneurship and business development. Prior to joining The Entrepreneur's Source, he served in several sales & executive management positions at Nortel Networks and IBM. Most recently, he served as Director of Sales, responsible for over $500M in sales, and as Group Director of Global Brand Strategy, where he developed and executed Nortel Networks’ brand and image campaign worldwide. In addition to owning the North Texas office of The Entrepreneur's Source, Mark is also co-owner of two Papa Murphy's "Take-and-Bake" pizza restaurants, and serves as consultant to the North Central Womens Health Partner medical office in McKinney, Texas.

Mark is a college graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Howard University, a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, and an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Marketing from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Mark enjoys traveling, black & white photography, and playing jazz and classical piano. He and his wife now call the Great State of Texas home, and have three lovely children. In his spare time, he also tries to teach his Portuguese Water Dog, Zorro, to actually swim and not be afraid of the water!

His dream is to assist people fulfill their dreams of self-reliance and business ownership.
