Welcome and congratulations for taking the next step towards achieving your dreams. As a Coach, I enjoy being part of my clients' journey of self discovery. I help guide clients towards self sufficiency by exploring alternate career options in a safe environment. I also coach business owners, providing Rapid Impact Solutions to improve sales, efficiency and profits. I'm confident I can support you in a similar manner. Ron has over twenty-five years experience in small business management and development, and has filled executive leadership roles in four businesses, two of which he owned, including one franchise. Prior to joining The Entrepreneur's Source he was the General Manager of a fifty-year-old business that enjoyed continuous record growth under his leadership and that continues to prosper today. He understands the challenges, joys, motivations, and potentials of entrepreneurship.

Ron obtained his BA in Industrial Arts Education from the University of Washington. He did his graduate study at City University, where he was awarded an MBA with a concentration in Management and Organizational Leadership. He continues to educate and train himself daily in order to better serve his clients and help them define and achieve their goals.

When he's not helping people fulfill their dreams of self-reliance and business ownership, Ron enjoys fly-fishing, canoeing, and an occasional round of golf. He and his wife of over forty-one years have six children and eleven grandchildren.
