Welcome and congratulations for taking the next step towards achieving your dreams. As a Coach, I enjoy being part of my clients' journey of self discovery. I help guide clients towards self sufficiency by exploring alternate career options in a safe environment. I also coach business owners, providing Rapid Impact Solutions to improve sales, efficiency and profits. I'm confident I can support you in a similar manner. Cindy joined The Entrepreneur’s Source because of her desire to help people achieve their own career goals and dreams. She is a graduate of the E-Source Academy, an intense training course focused on coaching, franchising and self-employment options. She is part of an ongoing training forum to which she commits over five hours a week in honing these coaching/training skills and extending her knowledge base.

Prior to joining The Entrepreneur’s Source, Cindy spent over 25 years in leadership positions focusing on business management and development. She has started five companies, provided leadership for two turn-around companies, built and successfully sold a $6+million staffing company. She has served on several advisory boards for small business development. Additionally, she has served on the Board of Directors for The Association for Corporate Growth and Big Brothers/Big Sisters in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her association with The Entrepreneur’s Source allows her to reinvest her knowledge and experience in helping others as they start their own journeys toward self-employment.

In her personal time she did considerable traveling, enjoyed painting, and participated in 3-Day Event equestrian competitions and various other sports.
