I help guide clients towards self sufficiency by exploring alternate career options in a safe environment. I also coach business owners, providing Rapid Impact Solutions to improve sales, efficiency and profits. I'm confident I can support you in a similar manner. Marty has been self-employed most of has career. He had a Manufacturer's Rep. Agency for over 30 years and still runs a specialty security distributor. He is well versed in the advantages and flexibility of self-employment.

Marty joined The Entrepreneur's Source because of his desire to help people explore their career options and goals. He is committed to guide and inspire individuals as they discover if a franchise or business opportunity is the right vehichle to achieve their desired lifestyle and career dreams.

Over his 6 plus years as an E-Source coach, Marty has helped hundreds of individuals come to clarity concerning their entrepreneurial aspirations. He has helped dozens of individuals from all across the United States get into business for themselves and take control of their future.

Recently, Marty has been appointed as an Ambassador for the Entrepreneur's Source. He is a coach's coach. He makes himself available to assist other E-source coaches with the challenges in their practice.

Marty is married, has two married sons, both accountants and 4 grandchildred. He enjoys do-it-yourself projects, gardening, investing, motorcycles, country dancing and helping others.
