I help guide clients towards self sufficiency by exploring alternate career options in a safe environment. Susan Mell’s background includes 17 years as a business owner with four retail locations, 42 employees with 3 million in annual sales in the wireless industry. As a member of the Tampa Chamber of Commerce, she participated for 18 months in their Mentor/Protégé program. She had the great fortune to have as her Mentor and Coach, Chris Sullivan of Outback Steakhouse. With his guidance and support, he helped her to grow her business until she sold it in September of 2001. She has her Masters in Social Work Administration and is passionate about helping people achieve their dreams of self-employment. Her value is to help people to discover options that they may not discover on their own. She coaches, educates, and assists clients in their exploration of their options and possibilities in self-employment and franchises. Our motto is “Your Success is our only Business”.
She has won several awards with The Entrepreneur's Source - Top Performer 2003, Excellence in Marketing 2005, Ambassador Award 2005, 2006,2007,2008,2009, 2010,2011 Top Performer 2008, and FRANCHISEE OF THE YEAR AWARD 2008. Are Developer of the Year Award 2010, and TOP Performer Award 2011. Susan was nominated for Tampa Bay Business Women of the Year Award in 2010. Susan currently is a Multi-unit Owner and owns 10 franchises with The Entrepreneur's Source.
