Bio Information
Mike Jani’s background includes 15 years as a business owner and more than 10 years working at senior business development and management positions in the corporate world. Having successfully launched two IT start ups as an entrepreneur, Mike has extensive experience in managing small businesses and growing the companies to become leaders in their markets. Soon after his education, Mike started his first IT Company to build personal computers and develop software. In less than 4 years, the company grew to become the top ranked provider of IT products in the market. Soon after, he launched his 2nd venture, a software company, which in less than 2 years, launched an IPO and setup a state of the art software development center. Mike was also a member of a team of senior executives at Newegg.com, which in less than 5 years, became the # 1 e-commerce company in the world selling IT products, a distinction it holds till date.
Mike is a born entrepreneur and is passionate about entrepreneurism, helping people achieve their dreams of self-employment. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and a Master’s in Business Administration. As a student during his MBA program, Mike was ranked # 1 in his Business School and graduated with the highest academic score in his class. He has been educating and mentoring friends & family members into becoming self employed, much before he became a certified business coach. Mike is a graduate of the E-Source Academy, an intense and rigorous training on coaching, franchising and self-employment options. He attends more than five hours of weekly training to perfect his coaching skills so that he can mentor his clients. He coaches, educates, and assists business owners, entrepreneurs and those wishing to become one.
Mike loves everything outdoor and takes every opportunity to get out in the sun in Southern California. He is passionate about biking, hiking, yoga, health consciousness and `living life King Size’.
