Welcome and congratulations for taking the next step towards achieving your dreams. As a Coach, I enjoy being part of my clients' journey of self discovery. I help guide clients towards self sufficiency by exploring alternate career options in a safe environment. Max Jones joined The Entrepreneur's Source because of his desire to help people achieve their career dreams and because of the training and support he knew he could receive from this organization. He is a graduate of the E-Source Academy, an intense and rigorous training on coaching, franchising and self employment options. He attends more than five hours of weekly training to hone his skills so that he can better serve his clients.

Max has over 33 years experience in the business world, 20 of which were in the Senior Executive role. Prior to joining The Entrepreneur's Source he was with major retail companies; Allied Department Stores, May Department Stores, Saks Inc., and Goody's Family Clothing. In his roles as Senior Officer, he was in charge of Merchadising, Marketing, and was Director of Stores, along with many other Senior Duties. His career allowed him to experience living in many parts of the country such as; Jacksonville , FL, Indianapolis, IN, LosAngeles,CA, St.Cloud, Minnesota, and of course Knoxville TN. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Tennessee and has attended many management and coaching seminars throughout his long career.

Max lives in Knoville TN, with his wife and 14 year old very active daughter. He enjoys golf and boating with his family. He is an avid college sports fan and roots in earnest for his beloved Volunteers of Tennessee.
