Bio Information

Susan has over 30 years in Fortune 500, growth and start-up businesses in high tech, biotech, energy, banking, and brokerage industries. With over 20 years as a Human Resources professional, she has extensive experience coaching executives in the development of superior systems, processes, and leadership skills having a significant positive impact on company revenue and employee morale.

Susan has also coached and mentored countless employees during her career helping them to grow and develop in their jobs and make career decisions that enabled them to reach their personal and professional goals. She has extensive management experience in the US, Europe and Asia.

In addition, Susan has been a partner in the creation of a Human Resources software start-up that developed a business based HR tool and has also owned a retail business.

Susan has a BA from the University of California, Berkeley,a certification in HR from UC Berkeley, and extensive training in leadership, management, and career coaching skills. She is a member of the Chabot College Business Advisory Board and an Executive Advisor to GoalSpan, a start-up company that delivers automated performance management tools that have been proven to reduce organizational costs and improve bottom-line results.
