Bio Information
Tom joined The Entrepreneur's Source as the Regional Developer for Southern California because of his desire to help people achieve their career dreams. He has extensive experience in Franchising and a strong leadership background. After working in an Operation Manager position for many years, he decided to enter into franchise ownership in 1996. He was a multi unit owner of a large national franchise and their largest operator until he decided to join The Entrepreneur's Source. He was also an Area Developer that awarded and supported over 45 single unit franchises. His knowledge of franchising and his leadership skills is helping the California region to coach their clients to exciting self sufficient opportunities. Tom is married to his wife Elaine (25 yrs) with two children and three grandchildren. He is a pilot that also enjoys golfing.
