Bio Information
Terry Trace joined The Entrepreneur's Source because of his desire to help people achieve their career dreams. He is a graduate of the E-Source Academy, an intense and rigorous training program in coaching, franchising and self-employment options. He attends more than five hours of weekly training to hone his coaching skills so that he can better serve his Clients.
Terry completed a 21-year career in the U.S. Air Force working in communications-electronics and recruiting. During his recruiting career, Terry was selected to open a new district recruiting office comprising of 6 geographically separated offices. He earned top district manager in his second year of operation. Upon retirement from the Air Force, he worked as an executive recruiter. Terry graduated Magna Cum Laude from the School of Business at Park University with a BS in Management and is a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst and a Certified Professional Values Analyst. He is a member of the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce and he and his wife are very active members of their church.
In his free time, Terry enjoys traveling and is a car enthusiast. He has two grown children and lives in Metro Atlanta with his wife.
His passion is assisting those aspiring to fulfill their dreams of self-reliance through business ownership and helping existing business owners take their businesses from good to great.
