Welcome and congratulations for taking the next step towards achieving your dreams. As a Coach, I enjoy being part of my clients' journey of self discovery. I help guide clients towards self sufficiency by exploring alternate career options in a safe environment. I also coach business owners, providing Rapid Impact Solutions to improve sales, efficiency and profits. I'm confident I can support you in a similar manner. Bio Information
Virgil joined The Entrepreneur's Source in 2006 because of his desire to help people achieve their career dreams. Another big motivator for joining The Entrepreneur's Source is the training and support he receives from them. He is a graduate of the E-Source Academy, an intense and rigorous training on coaching, franchising and self-employment options. Virgil has also received extensive training on coaching existing business owners.
Virgil receives more than five hours of ongoing, weekly training to hone his coaching skills to better serve his clients.
With much of the thanks going to his clients and for support from The Entrepreneur's Source team Virgil has won The Turning The Tide award from FranchisEsource Brands International in 2008.
Virgil has been in private industry most of his working life. He has had many coaching and counciling roles throughout his working life. He is eager to assist people in realizing their dreams whether it is existing business owners seeking to get to the next level or folks curious about going into business.
Virgil and his wife, Ettie, have two sons; one a graduate of Seton Hall University, is working at a major investment firm, the other has attended Rutgers University and is currently in the workforce. Virgil loves sports and is an avid baseball fan.
