George Rawalt joined The Entrepreneur's Source because of his desire to help people achieve their career dreams and the training and support he knew he could receive from this organization.
George previously was the owner of a consulting firm providing services to corporations, family owned business and closely held companies to enhance human performance and improve the quality of work life. He provided Pre-employment Assessments, Developmental Assessments, Behavioral Change Technology, Developmental and Self Actualization Coaching, and Employee Problem Solving Solutions.George has extensive experience with family owned business and closely held companies.
George has been active in Career Counseling were he designed help for individuals to figure out a direction for their lives by integrating their abilities, personality, interest, skills, vision and goals, family, and developmental cycle. He helped people move through major transitions and both clarify and successfully transition to new life purpose and direction through personal strategic planning to establish clear career vision, well defined goals, and action steps toward achieving goals.
