Bio Information
Helane joined The Entrepreneur's Source because of her desire to help people achieve their career dreams and because of the training and support she knew she could receive from this organization. Helane is a graduate of the E-source Academy, an intense and rigorous training on coaching, franchising and self-employment options. She attends more than five hours of weekly training to hone her coaching skills so that she can better serve her clients.
Helane has worked in a variety of business sectors including retail management, retail operations, non-profit and manufacturing. Helane earned her baccalaureate from UCLA and Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
She has a Senior Professional Human Resource certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is an active member and volunteer in the following organizations: the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), Junior League of Los Angeles, TownHall Los Angeles and a (former) Career Services Advisory Panel Member for the UCLA Alumni Association. She is also an adjunct professor at a local college
