Jim Giblin started the Entrepreneur's Source because of his desire to help people achieve their career dreams and grow thier small business. Jim's roles as a coach, behavioral analyst and small business trouble shooter allow him to bring the latest ideas and skills to his clients. He attends more than five hours of weekly training to hone his coaching skills so that he can maintain a "world class" consulting practice.

Jim has over 23 years experience in coaching, management and business development. Prior to the Entrepreneur's Source he was with AT&T, Hartz Mountain and Crum & Foster. He is a college graduate with a B.S.degree in Accounting, a Computer Science Diploma and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Jim has also undergone extensive Executive Development training from the USC Marshall School and has studied internationally at the University of Sussex-Brighton Polytechnic.

Jim provides entrepreneurs and small businesses with education on the 5 Key Business Dangers & Core Business Issues- Rapid Impact Solutions and Complimentary Business Assessments and team focused phycometric profiling.
