Joyce Picard-Busse became an Entrepreneur’s Source owner because of her desire to help people achieve their career dreams and because of the training and support she knew she would receive from this organization. She is a graduate of the E-Source Academy, an intense and rigorous training on coaching, franchising and other self-employment options. She attends more than five hours of weekly training to hone her coaching skills so that she can better serve her Clients.

Joyce has over 15 years experience in management training, performance development, and coaching. She earned her B.A. in Education/English from the State University of NY at Brockport, NY and Advanced Certifications in Training and in Organizational Development from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C. She has helped organizations and individuals manage change and transitions. She has dedicated her career to helping people grow – personally and professionally.

Joyce is also active in her business community. She is an officer of the Mt. Airy, MD Chamber of Commerce, and Business Network International Chapter. She serves on the Education Committee of the Frederick, MD Chamber and was recently appointed to the Board of the Carroll County, MD Chamber. Her hobbies include facilitating team building sessions for organizations and writing articles for local newspapers on a variety of business topics.

Through The Entrepreneur’s Source, her dream is to assist people in fulfilling their dreams of self-reliance and business ownership.

I met Joyce Picard-Busse when I was beginning my search for a business opportunity. I had recently left the corporate world and was not interested in going back. In addition to looking at existing businesses for sale, I planned to explore franchise opportunities. The issue was -with so many concepts out there, I didn't know where to begin. I did not want to waste a bunch of time on wild goose chases.

With renewed enthusiasm and an open mind, I again committed to following the process. Joyce’s support and coaching was invaluable. I never felt that I was being sold but rather being assisted through a proven process that would help me find the right opportunity for me.

This time, I found a business that is a great fit. Joyce has also helped me transition from the work world to opening and owning my own business.
