Hi. We’re Jerry and Jodie Smith, a father/daughter consulting team. We joined The Entrepreneur's Source because of our desire to help people achieve their career dreams & because of the training and support we knew we could receive from this organization. We are both graduates of the E-Source Academy, an intense and rigorous training on coaching, franchising and self-employment options.
A WORD FROM JERRY: I have over 40 yrs experience in business ownership & management at all levels of a manufacturing and distribution business serving the healthcare industry and I specialized in the sales & marketing functions. I sold my business in 2000 allowing me to semi-retire and begin to apply my years of knowledge and experience to help others achieve their dreams of self-employment and business ownership. I am realizing this desire through my involvement with The Entrepreneur's Source.
A WORD FROM JODIE: I’m a licensed Realtor in Florida and truly enjoy working with a diverse group of people. I also spent several years working with Jerry’s prior company managing the customer support department. I played a vital role in relocating the business from WA state to the Niagara Falls, NY area and was instrumental in hiring & training new staff. I also have an extensive background in executive level secretarial assistance. With the ongoing training & support and proven system of The Entrepreneur’s Source, I believe I can help my clients achieve their career dreams of business ownership.
