Bio Information
Mike and Mary, who share responsibilities of the coaching practice, joined The Entrepreneur's Source because of their desire to help people achieve their career dreams. They are graduates of the E-Source Academy, an intense and rigorous training on coaching, franchising and self-employment options, and they receive five additional hours of training a week to hone their coaching skills to better serve their clients.
Mike has three decades of experience in management and career and business development. Prior to joining The Entrepreneur's Source he was a college Dean and President in California, Michigan, Nevada and Alaska. Mike has a B.A. in Human Development and a M.S. in Management. Mary has over thirty years experience helping adults achieve their educational and career goals. Prior to joining The Entrepreneur’s Source, she was with community colleges and universities in Michigan, Nevada, Oklahoma and California. She is a college graduate with a M.A.Counseling from Ball State University. They enjoy five daughters, six grandchildren and take pleasure in white water rafting, kayaking, art galleries, and sunny beaches.
