Bio Information
The Power of Two - Susan Baracco has combined the strength of two top international coaching companies – The Entrepreneur’s Source and Business Advisers International to establish an entrepreneurial center. Her team now offers a full complement of services for emerging and existing entrepreneurs, partnering to drive their productivity and success.
Since August 2003, Susan has been dedicated to supporting her clients around the world in their efforts to achieve their self employment goals. Her background and experience provide an excellent foundation for the services she provides through The Entrepreneur’s Source and Business Advisers International.
Susan has 20 years of experience in management, sales, business development, and small business. In 1994, Susan took her first step into the entrepreneurial arena when she purchased a struggling retail store in central Connecticut. After four years of retooling and hard work, she increased the annual gross sales of the business by 80%.
Prior to starting the entrepreneurial center she spent fifteen years in both sales and technical positions in the telecommunications industry. Her expertise won her the President’s Circle Award for Sales Excellence and was recognized as the top account manager in Maine.
Susan has devoted a significant amount of her expertise to the non-profit sector. She held positions as treasurer and president of a non-profit children’s organization and recently completed a term as board president for a Portland area non-profit performing arts organization.
Susan has a role on the board of directors for the Boston chapter of the National Assoc. of Women Business Owners. She is a volunteer consultant with The Center for Women & Enterprise in Boston. She is a certified facilitator for Fast Trak, an entrepreneurial training program, through the Kauffman Foundation. Susan teaches this and other business programs at York County Community College.
