Steve Redd is serious about the business of franchising. Redd joined The Entrepreneur's Source because of his desire to help people achieve their financial objectives by encouraging them to use their career experience, talents and abilities to build a business of their own. With his help clients have found business ownership thru franchising, and is a fulfilling option to a traditional career journey. His clients are mature individuals who realize that taking control of their career destiny is the key to achieving the results they deserve. Redd's 15 plus years of experience in management and business development make him especially qualified to counsel others who want to fulfill their life and career dreams. Prior to joining The Entrepreneur's Source he had p&l responsibility for multiple locations of a fortune 500 company. This experience brought an understanding of people and their desire to be self-sufficient if at all possible. Redd recognized that The Entrepreneur's Source offered him the opportunity to be an entrepreneur but also to be able to help others also achieve their own goals, needs and expections. Redd is active in his local community serving on the board of Rancho Bernardo Sunrise Rotary club, active in the local chamber of commerce and involved in the annual Spirit of the 4th celebration in Rancho Bernardo.
