Training - An Ongoing Process

With The Entrepreneur’s Source, training is an ongoing process, not an event. Learning starts during the pre-training phase with your TES coach.

It continues at our E-Source Academy. There you’ll learn how to be a coach and how to create our exclusive “Possibilities Profile” for your clients. You’ll take part in interactive activities. And you’ll get in-depth knowledge and practice of the entire process, from first contact to placement.

Then you’ll spend the next several months on our unique “Jump Start” coaching program.
